In a basic sense I help both sides communicate and understand each other in ways you did not before. Understanding each other can create pathways to resolving your dispute. We then all work through solutions and create a lasting resolution together.

Hi ! My name is Jack Armstrong. Something I discovered doing all my various real estate deals and projects was, they really only work when everybody is happy. Not only did I get a kick out of making that happen, I was really good at it !!

Credentials:
* Licensed to practice law in the State of Texas - 15 years.
* Licensed Real Estate Broker and Escrow Officer -12 years.
* Mediator (purely as a mediator as well as in other capacities) - 15 years.
* Completed the 40 Hour Mediation Training Course through the Dispute Resolution Center (Trainers: Corder & Thompson).
* Served as Volunteer Mediator many hours at the Alternative Dispute Resolution Center before, during and after mediating in my other capacities.
* Mediation success rate of over 99%! in some of the most difficult arenas.
* Mediator for the Attorney General of Texas, family-child-support division,
* Mediate business, real estate and personal subject disputes.
* And perhaps most importantly, I have been successfully dealing w/ workers, contractors, brokers, banks, personal situations, on all sides of every conceivable situation... etc for a long time (20+ years). Service

I will help you communicate about, discover and resolve your issues. Once all parties are satisfied with the agreement YOU ALL create, I will help you put the agreement in writing and all parties will sign and live by the agreement.
* Mediations cost $250.00 per session, per party-side (two or multi-party).
* Most mediations can be completed in less than 3 hours.
* 5 hour maximum per day, with lunch break where necessary)
